What does is involve?
The Fearless team focus on building partnerships with key agencies at a local level, identifying and responding to opportunities to deliver Fearless sessions.
Dedicated Fearless caseworkers deliver workshop sessions to young people in identified serious violence hotspot areas in Cardiff and Swansea. These interactive sessions cover key issues such as child criminal exploitation, drug running and knife crime.
The team also deliver training sessions professionals to better equip them in identifying and responding to signs and disclosures from the young people they work with.
